rihanna concertIt is all because of a doctor’s prescription. Listening to the words from a doctor, the 19-year-old singer cancelled three U.K. shows in Nottingham and Birmingham, England, respectively. The pop star also plans to skip her tonight’s show in Bournemouth.  No one knows what is so bad with Rihanna’s health, but let’s hope that this recently Grammy-nominated singer will get over her troubles and return back to the stage very soon – to sheer enjoyment of her numerous fans.

Blunt said that if one wants to write depressing love songs, one should get his/her heart broken as many times as possible… Blunt said the songs on his second album, All the Lost Souls, are depressing because he wrote them in Ibiza during the winter and immediately after his relationships with Camilla Boler broke down.

Lindsay was sentenced to community services as the result of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Instead of imprisonment, Lindsay was sentenced to at least 10 days of community services. Maybe the 21-year-old pop diva will finally come to reason.

Maroon5Maroon 5, Mary J. Blige, and Latin group RBD will perform in the National Football League Pepsi Smash Super Bowl Concert Series on January 31, and February 1, in Glendale, AZ. Mary J. Blige and Maroon 5 will kick off the series on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Both performances will take place at the Jobing.com Arena. The concert tickets went on sale yesterday. The concert will be taped to air as a 1-hour special on VH1 Music Channel on Saturday, February 2, at 9 p.m.

Spice GirlsVancouver show was the first Spice Girls full concert in 9 years that involved all 5 members of the band. Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham, Melanie Chisholm, and Melanie Brown performed twenty-two songs that included tracks from their solo careers as well as some of the tunes, which made the group world famous. The stunning performance was about spectacle and proved that the girls know their audience.
